Converting Cisco IP Phones to Microsoft Teams Using MPP/3PCC and SIP Gateway ​If you are converting legacy Cisco 7800 or 8800 series phones for a Microsoft Teams environment, this is something new i learn today. ​Part of the process we need to identify the model of the phone/s  (list of models) and purchase the specific MPP/3PCC conversion PAK license. Make sure you get the 8800 series pack for 8800 models and the 7800 pack for 7800 models to avoid license authorization errors.
